NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION
Support without judgement
We are building a community where adults and children with ADHD, as well as their families, receive knowledge, support, and the reassurance that they are not alone.
Who We Are
BEZ OSUDU is a non-profit organisation created to protect rights, provide support, and improve the quality of life of children and adults with ADHD, as well as their families. We work to foster a culture of acceptance and understanding of neurodiversity in society, ensuring that every family has access to quality education, support, and professional resources.
Our work is based on the principles of voluntariness, openness, transparency, and inclusion. We bring together professionals, parents, educators, and partners around a shared mission.
SPECIALISTS
(психологи, психіатри, нейропсихологи, педагоги, нутриціологи)
We bring together specialists who understand neurodiversity from a scientific and evidence-based perspective.
We explain why a child’s behaviour is not “laziness” or “disobedience”, but the result of how the nervous system works. We provide practical tools for families, teachers, and adults themselves.
We help parents find clarity where there was once chaos.
CARING & COMPASSIONATE
(for those who see not “flaws”, but individuality)
Our priority is not to “fix”, but to understand and support.
We help children grow, discover their strengths, and have a space where they do not need to fit into someone else’s idea of “normal”.
We stand for the right to be yourself.
PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH ADHD
(those with lived experience of parenting children with ADHD)
We understand the challenges families face while raising children with ADHD — emotional exhaustion, lack of clear information, social pressure, frequent appointments, and uncertainty about effective support strategies.
Our community provides a safe and respectful space where parents can ask questions, access reliable information, and receive support without fear of judgement or the need for self-justification.
We create an environment where parents can regain clarity and better understand their child’s needs.
ADULTS WITH ADHD
(those who understand the possible consequences of an unrecognised or unsupported diagnosis)
We support adults who have spent years feeling that “something is wrong with me”, when in reality their brains simply work differently.
We help develop skills for managing energy, planning, emotions, relationships, and work life, as well as understanding personal reactions and strengths.Support is offered without pressure or dismissive advice such as “just pull yourself together”.
We create a safe, non-judgemental environment where it is possible to say:“I am not lazy or chaotic. I finally understand my neurodivergent profile.”
- ABOUT US -
Our mission is to support children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, as well as their families.
We create spaces where every person — regardless of age — can access understanding, support, a safe environment, and knowledge that truly helps.
We work to ensure that:● parents no longer feel isolated or blamed;● children and adolescents have a space here their differences are not judged but understood;● adults with ADHD stop blaming themselves for years of misunderstanding and gain tools to improve their quality of life;● society learns to recognise not “problem behaviour”, but neurodiversity that requires a different approach;● knowledge, science, and empathy become the norm rather than the exception.
We are building a culture of acceptance where every family, every adolescent, and every adult can say: “I am not judged — I am understood and supported.”
